Licensing of CLEAR

CLEAR sprang out of a project funded by the European Commission. In order to make it available as widely as possible and to as many students and professionals as possible, it was decided to release CLEAR under the GNU Free Documentation License (GFDL). This means that everybody is allowed to use CLEAR free of charge and make as many copies as they like.

It should be noted that both MulCom and DayMedia were originally released under the GNU General Public License (GPL)
